Yesterday PJ assembled the smoker he bought and spent all day prepping, then cooking the most delicious BBQ spareribs I’ve had in a long time – and we live in NC, so that’s saying a lot.

My only complaint is that he should’ve made more because my savages were fighting over who got the most.
